01 What should I send on WhatsApp? +
Send a clear photo of the front and back of your watch, the model number if you know it, and a short description of the problem. If the clasp or strap is damaged, include a close-up.
02 How much will the repair cost? +
The cost depends on the fault and whether parts are needed. Ask us for an estimate and expected turnaround before leaving your watch at the shop.
03 Do I need to call before coming? +
Call ahead if you are travelling from outside Satellite Town or need the watch by a specific date. We can tell you whether to bring it in for an assessment.
